Blaise Brosnan, owner and Managing Director of Management Resource Institute is a three times published author, highly successful business mentor and coach, is directly involved in a number of Irish businesses and has been at the cold front and cutting edge of business in Ireland for more than thirty years.
From years of experience consulting to and coaching Irish businesses, Blaise has developed four pillars of business ‘intervention’ that enable him to get right to the core of business problems, identify under-utilized strengths and guide the business to take hold of missed opportunities, ultimately driving higher quality business and improving the bottom line.
Blaise does this through Strategic Management Consulting, Practical Management Training, Commercial Dispute Mediation and the publication of his widely successful business books.
