Nobody can persuade you to change. The gates of change can be opened only from the inside. 

It is not enough to change your initial behaviour; you must change your thinking, your attitude and your follow through actions. Then you must measure the impact of these actions. 

What gets measured tends to gets done. The opposite side of this coin is—what is not measured tends not to get done.—–(Please share these thoughts with your friends and let them benefit as well).
